JEFF WHITINGER

Jeff Whitinger is a Project Engineer for Harmonic Construction Services. As Project Engineer, Jeff manages the day-to-day field operations including all Harmonic field personnel. 

Prior to joining Harmonic Construction Services, Jeff spent more than 20 years in project management and procurement roles for leaders in the construction and medical device industry where he honed his skills in scheduling, change order management and material procurement. 

When he is not in the office, Jeff enjoys volunteering with his son’s Boy Scout troop where he has managed special projects, fundraisers and camping trips. 

Jeff attended Cerritos College in Norwalk, California.
