KEITH HOLMES

Keith Holmes is a Project Manager for Harmonic Construction Services. With over thirty 30 years of project management experience, Keith has overseen more than one million square feet of interior renovation and ground-up construction. He also has managed the renovation of over 1,300 apartments and served as an owner’s representative for six multi-family apartment communities constructed from the ground-up.

 

As a Project Manager, Keith is responsible for leading all aspects of the design and construction process. Keith is also a strong owner representative who acts on behalf of Harmonic clients at all phases of construction.

 

When Keith is not on the job, he enjoys growing vegetables in his expansive backyard garden. He is also an avid fisherman. 

 

Keith has a Class B Supervisor Certificate for a General Contractor License in the City & County of Denver. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Residential Construction Management from Orange Coast College in California.
